Weston-super-Mare Beach Bead

Inspired by the beach at the popular seaside town of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset.

We wanted this bead to capture the iconic pier on Weston-super-Mare Beach. We chose to use a sandy ivory coloured glass for the bead to represent the long stretch of beach along the promenade. The surface of the bead is then decorated with little turquoise dots and larger red dots which have been left proud but flattened slightly.
